There are not many bands I would call 'my favorite band'... Thats why I rather not say xiu xiu is my favorite band. Makes sense doesnt it? No!
This band is fuckin fantastic and part of my life since they exist. I love their new album and can recommend it to anyone who is able to think different and enjoys weird n fancy tunes. I had the pleasure to meet them a few years back. Xiu Xiu for life fuckers!

...just found that on Gizmodo (check link below). Tweeted it already. What a shame. I really thought this business got potential, but their law competence seems to lack sort of. I also thought it might be some nice competition for spotify, because I was really surprised about Groovesharks enormous music library. Let's see how those creative blokes will deal with this situation and let's cross the fingers, so they get out of that stuff. I'll leave the playslist here for some more days and will come up with a musical surprise for all makrosounds followers. Stay tuned. Best of 2011 is in progress. Love -makrosounds
